The main design goal was to increase the leads' data center efficiency by effectively matching between the leads’ data center personnel and it’s specific specialization and the potential lead’s customer, according to its interests.

The UI/UX main efforts were focused on a few aspects:

  • Create a proper logic system, in order to manage a list of incoming leads by specific criteria such as lead’s source, prioritization, time stamps, current status and etc

  • Match each lead to the most proper data center personnel, by using the collected lead’s data from all managed resources, respectively to the data center personal settings and recorded performance/actions information.

  • Provide a clear and intuitive graphical indicators for the leads current handling condition (pending, handled, missing data, waiting for approval and etc)
